Any IP Law gurus here familiar with Patent infringement (claiming internet domain is confusingly similar)? - patent infringement insurance
I am looking for someone who has experience in intellectual property right has (in relation to Internet domains), which could have a quick review of my case, and said that the worst is when I expect to be sued in the end.

Based on your question, you'll probably have a domain name. And someone has contacted you that your domain name is identical with another brand. If so, this is not a question mark - a patent.
In any case, practical advice, I doubt that any reasonable attorney to respond to a call for tender on Yahoo Answers for the company. It is advisable to contact lawyers and private companies. You can check to find lawyers in disputes over domain names in what is known as the UDRP.
