Can UK government ask for Tax Credits owed from a deceased person? - wills and probate uk
My father died suddenly last year in the United Kingdom and made me his executor. I Wrote to all and all payments due for homologation. Recently, I received a letter saying that tax credits should transfer money between them, but in the past year, said this has been resolved. Like all amounts were paid to all recipients of the will and all assets were sold to me to pay this money?
